YYS-JY-100Z double needle pressure gauge
It is mainly used to measure the pressure of the hydraulic system or the cylinder on the locomotive and vehicle, and can also be used to measure the pressure of various media that are non-corrosive, non-crystalline and solidified in the brazing of copper alloy and tin lead alloy. The double needle pressure gauge can measure two identical or different pressures at the same time (the difference between the two should generally not be greater than 1/3 of the limit on the scale range).
Structural principle
1, the instrument is composed of two independent measuring systems and indicating devices.
2, the working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the elastic element (the spring tube in the measurement system). That is, under the pressure of the measured medium, the ends of the two spring tubes are forced to produce corresponding displacements, which are driven and amplified by the pull rod through the wheel transmission mechanism, and the two measured values are indicated on the dial respectively by the red and black pointer fixed on the wheel shaft.
